Guardian Knights is a role-playing game with stunning 3D visuals that submerges you into a fantasy world chocked-full of swords and witchcraft. Plus, the game includes anime aesthetics and a super entertaining combat system.
The first initial measures make it very clear that combats are the game's strong asset. And you're going to be doing a lot of that In this turn-based RPG. Luckily, it's got a pretty refined combat system. You get to arrange your heroes in three different lines according to their individual features. That means that you're the one who chooses where they are at all times.
The development of the battles is pretty simple and straightforward: during your turn, you have to choose your character's attack and the objective. Keep in mind that attacks vary according to whether they are individual or by zone, so the strategy depends on the game. Needless to say, your enemies are out to do the same, so pay close attention to the energy bar which recharges during each turn.
Guardian Knights includes an infinite number of characters available. You can discover these characters through the classic gacha system, although the game includes new features that you don't usually see in this genre for mobile devices. For example, you can merge the heroes you don't want, just like you would in a Shin Megami Tensei game.
Although the story is appealing, it doesn't offer anything new when it comes to its genre. But, Guardian Knights does offer an incredible technical side and increasingly difficult fights. There are also different playing modes, so you can do more than just fight inside the long campaign mode.
